Any mama are good at pumping milk, please help!

I always need my bb eating one side of my breast when I express mama milk, otherwise very little milk out,1-2oz,

Is there any tips for me that I can pump more mama milk out without bb eating one side

I already try hot bath, hot towel, massage before pump la, still very little.

have you tried double pump? pump two sides at the same time.

Yes.
Beside, it is normal ,if your baby is less than two months. Milk amount gradually will be increased, when baby is older.

I tried pumping both side at the same time but its so little 3oz each. But I can feel that there 're still milk inside the breasts

just the milk couldn't express out although I've been sitting there for an hr

Hello diaperb,

Can you feel the reflex when you're pumping milk?
Once the reflex comes, milk will come quickly lah.
The method I use: relax, lean forwards, massage nipple and think of BB crying.
