Jaeger-LeCoultre is a brand that has good quality on mechanical watches as those mechanical parts are made by themselves. FYI, Cartier just design the watches and most mechanical parts are buy from other companies, e.g. Jaeger_LeCoultre, Piaget, GP, etc.
I would recommend Reverso; it is a classical design of JLC watches. You can go to any Authorized Dealers to try as it is very important to put it on your wrist to see if it attracts you.
