my elder child is 5, younger one is 1. I decide to employ one more maid now as my BB starts walking and likes going here and there that needs someone to focus on watching her although my mother / mother in law comes every evening.
But, my husband and I are just feeling tired on SUn and in late night to play with 2 that pushing us to employ one more.
Of course, the problem is not having sufficient place at home.
My sons are 3 year and 9 months respectively. Since the birth of my second child I sent the elder one to whole day nursery, now he is in K1. My personal view is though tuition cost about the same as second maid I rather send my child to whole day school as I find helper is not able to teach him much new stuff once he reached beyond 2 years old, plus going to school he play and learn as a team. Of course on Sunday we have to take care of the kids all by ourselves, my husband complaints no personal time but at the same time I think he enjoys the family time
