I am a user of Sunligh?'s services. From the beginning to the end, Sunligh? shows me how terrible their services are!!!

To find a maid there is just like a lucky draw!
1. they never selected the maids according to your requirements before introducing some maids to you.
2. if you find a maid seemingly suitable, they never hold this maid even for an hour for your consideration. I asked them to hold this maid for an hour, they said no way.
3. recently I hired a maid from Sunligh?. 6 hours before I went to Sunligh? to pick up the maid, I phoned to remind them I would arrive at their office say at 4pm, they said ok. But, when I arrived there at 4pm, they said the maid was still in boarding house and would take 1 hour more to come. Finally, I waited 1 hour 30 miniutes, but the maid not yet come. Sunligh? staff asked to take dinner and then come again to pick up the maid...
4. Sunligh? staff told me this maid borrowed hk$1000 from one of their colleagues. So, they asked me to collect the load from the maid for them. I refused to do so.
5. when the maid come to my home, her attitude is just like a princess. very impolite and blackface even I asked her to peel an apple at 9:45pm. Unthinkable! she worked for 3 weeks only, then she told me she wanted to resign and would leave my home next month. Then, I emailed to Sunligh? to mention this issue and requested for a replacement and I also phoned them on the following day. But, their staff told me the responsible staff on leave today and would returned tomorrow. But, 1 week was over and no response from Sunligh? is received yet.
6. Then, I called Sunligh? again and they just told many restriction on replacement process and the money I had to pay for replacement. Sunligh? staff also told me "don't buy air ticket for the maid". I asked why? They said the maid might say bellyache and then refused to go to airport....then the employer need to buy another air ticket for the maid again for the other day....
7. All I can say is this agency is just to give me pressure and to make money from the maid and my family.

我亦是另一苦主... 呢間公司簡直係垃圾!!

本人於(北角分店)請咗一個印傭, 白紙黑字說明要求工作範圍包括: 家居清潔、煮飯、照顧兒童及一只狗隻...etc。

垃圾行徑 (1):
工人簽約後來港, agent 致電通知可11/3 17:00 到北角分店接人, 但當日我16:00 出發前往北角前打電話同agent reconfirm, 個agent 至話個工人未上機!! 要遲多三日至到!! (未上機好應該一早通知我, 仲要係我打去reconfirm 先至同我講!! 好彩自己打個電話問一問...!! )

垃圾行徑 (2):
工人到任,三星期內三次對我聲稱自己害怕及不能照顧兒童及狗隻, 三星期後以此為由而辭工...!! 我問個工人點解你驚小朋友同狗, 點解要簽約嚟HK 同我打工, 佢話原來佢報稱自己響星加坡照顧小朋友嘅理歷係假嘅! 佢根本冇照顧小朋友經驗, 至於照顧狗隻, 個工人話, 佢到任前並不知情, 根本女傭中心冇通知過佢...!!! 垃圾!!

垃圾行徑 (3):
帶工人返agent settle, agent 要求我咗買張$2,830 嘅機票比個工人返家鄉 (Hong Kong ->Jakarta -> Semarang), 但我哋上綱check 倒, 原來Jakarta -> Semarang 可以坐火車, 而火車飛價錢不超過HK$100!!
於是我哋打去勞工處問清楚, 根本勞工法例同合約定明, 僱主只須要提供免費嘅旅程比個傭工返回原居地便可以, 冇規定我哋僱主一定要買"飛機票"!!
最離譜嘅係, handle 我哋個agent 堅持一定要我哋買張去Semarang 嘅機票, 但我打去customer service (CS), 佢哋又話唔需要, 僱主只需要提供HK -> Jakarta -> (火車飛或付車費) Semarang 已足夠!!
咁好明顯分店嗰位agent 有問題啦!! 可能佢教d工人唔收機票, 再去勞工處告d僱主, 咁就可以繼續留響HK搵工。反正工人透過公司再搵工又可以收多一筆介紹費, 而工人只須多付一個月嘅還款 (由6個月加為7個月), 就可以留港搵其心目中嘅筍工, 如是者唔歡喜就辭工, 再搵...!!!
根本女傭中心 、工人、僱主3 方, 只有僱主一方損失!!

垃圾行徑(4):
以上經過, 令我根本冇辦法再相信此女傭中心嘅服務!! 我唯有要求佢哋退款! 但佢 哋回覆話只可以免費比我哋再響佢哋度請過另外一個工人!
(但係咁嘅營銷手法, 仲點可以信呀?!! 再請?! 又等2個幾月又走佬, 又要我買多張機票呀?!...)
其實佢哋根本知道我哋班僱主怕煩, 拖拖吓都唔會再有信心搵佢哋請工人, 咁佢哋就可以close file!!

垃圾行徑 (5):
工人辭工第6日,我哋依照勞工法例, 於7日內提供返回原居地之安排 (即Air ticket + train fair), 我哋上到女傭中心, 為咗保障自己, 我哋要求錄音, 但佢哋用私人地方為由, 禁止我哋錄音, 仲即時報警, 話唔歡迎我哋,要求警察駒趕我哋離開...!! (當然我哋有check清楚, 我哋冇觸犯任何刑事法例, 警察都冇權駒趕我哋!!)
點解我哋比咗介紹費, 女傭中心承諾比我哋免費換另一個新女傭, 但係又可以唔歡迎我哋, 仲報警呢?!

最遺憾嘅係, 我行入呢間"好天氣" 女傭中心前, 冇響baby kingdom search "陽x"女傭...!!
