我BB 5個半星期大，好似胃酸倒流！？不能打平睡。。。

我BB 5個半星期大，之前平常都聼到佢睡覺時好似有野由胃谷上個口道，要不斷吞番落去，但佢總算忍住,好堅強,冇喊,但這個星期起竟然開始谷到不能打平睡,大喊。。。 :-(
好似胃酸倒流！？
有冇人試過?E加佢淨係可以睡在嬰兒汽車座位car seat上!!但是否睡得多對骨唔好?

詳細情況如下:呢幾日每次餵完奶,掃曬風,再打直坐20分鐘之後,一放落床唔到2分鐘,就會開始見BB有動靜,皺一皺眉,"伸一伸脷,si lee sall lall"吞一吞口水,之後就會正常3秒,然後再來過.仲會越來越辛苦,加埋呻吟,如是者2分鐘后就會開始大喊!! :-(

講俾醫生知,佢話BB只是"脾氣唔好,少少野都唔忍得"!激死我!!阿B之前明明係默默承受,但最近0甘樣,好明顯係情況嚴重咗!

You can use 2-3 towels put on the bed to make it steep(around 10 degree steep). Do you remember when baby was in hospital, actually all baby beds are slightly steep .

好同情你bb的情況, 我諗你可以試看及問其他醫生的意見; 據我看書的小小知識, 應該是bb的胃仔很細小, 還有, 未完全發育得很健全, 即是大人的胃好像袋一樣, 袋口有鎖, 食物無咁易倒流, 但bb的袋口未可以閂得好好, 所以飲飽奶奶時, 有時好似鎖唔到袋口/門似的;

是否可以從量方面著手? 即小食多餐; 我記得我女女兩個星期大時, 開始轉飲4安奶時, 都試過瞓落床有類似噴泉的水聲, 然後奶奶就由口擁出來了, 嚇到我同daddy死, 但女女仍然無哭, 如果我同daddy當時唔係留意住, 我驚D奶奶可能會流入耳仔, 所以我好明白你的心情. 希望你的BB好快無事啦

我試過用毛巾墊高的方法，但沒有用。。。
：（

我是餵人奶的，所以不太能小食多餐。請問有沒有其他經驗，意見？

My 4 weeks old BB has the same problem. The doctor advise me to put him on shoulder (vertical) after feeding or put him on chair or pillow at 45 degree for 30 mins. By the way, he gave BB some very mild stomach medicine to control the 胃酸. He didn't suggest to control the milk volumn because the baby should adjust by himself. BB is still taking medicine (day 2), will see the result on day 4 or 5. Hope above experience could release your worry.

Thank you for sharing your experience! Do you mind giving me the name of your BB's doctor? My doctor doesn't seem to be convinced that my baby is hurting. :(

My BB's Paediatric is Dr Alfred Tam at Central, tel 25266332. He's quite expensive but professional.

i also put the bed up when my baby was little. I put books underneath one end of the mattress so that baby sleeps at an angle. I did that until my baby was about 4 months old before I let the mattress lay completely flat. my baby's mattress is quite thick (6 inch) and hard so I was not worried about lack of support for his back. But if your baby's mattress is thin, you can still do the same by putting books underneath one end of the bed (below the 2 legs of the bed), but make sure the bed is push right against the wall to avoid sliding danger.
