off course, I mean if your residential area can cover by 6M or 8M , then you can bargian with them. It is free of charge. But I think you must check with them first, don't let them know you want to bargain.
You just call them and ask to check your area have 6/8M or not? If you bargian first, they must tell you your area cannot cover...
