I lost my 稅單 also. I called to 稅局 only 1 time but very easy to connect and reach the responsible section. The staff there will verify some personal info. (like ID #, address) with you and the 稅單 copy will be arranged to mail to you within 2 to 3 days. So, don't worry!!
