u have to get approval from 房協. U can phone to 房協 for detail. I already got the approval.
1. fax a memo to 房協 stated u want to get the form to apply approval of selling the house.
2. fill in the form after 房協 fax the form to u
3. fax the form
4. 房協 will post the information to u
Total u need to pay $10000 to 房協 if u sold your house in the price more than u brought before
