My daughter had the same problem around half month old when I fed her with Enfamil. My doctor explained it was an allergic reaction to large protein molecules found in infant formulas. I then followed my doctor's advice and changed to Nestle NAN H.A.. One month later, the rash/acne was gone. You may bring your baby to see doctor and check if your baby is allergic to the current infant formula.
