1. Transportation: not convenient unless you have a car. The closest bus station is 5-minutes walking for phase I resident, 10-minutes for phase II, 15-minutes for phase III.
Shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes to new town plaza and ends at 8:00pm
2. Shopping: no shop can be reached within 15-minutes walking.
3. Environment: great, peaceful place. Riverside with cycling path.
Inconvenient, only 2 bus routes available at 翠湖. In rainy /hot days, unpleasant to walk there as there is no shelter along the road. Poor maintenance, water is always yellow (rusty water pipe) and there is always bad smell from toilet (guess it is the result of many vacant units). Noisy as there is always renovation going on.
