Want to take care my baby myself... What should I do?
My maid arrived for one and a half months only. I'm still under 10 weeks holiday and will resign my job and take care BB by myself. As I need to cut cost so I would like to terminate contract w/ the maid after 3 months.
Should I tell agent or the maid directly? Should I give 1 mth notice?

Normally I think you should talk to the maid directly.
BTW, I strongly suggest you not to give 1 month notice. Instead, you should pay 1 month salary in lieu of notice. The reason is in case the maid is not happy with your termination, she may (or may not, depends on how lucky you are) do terrible things to you & your kid. There are many cases in the news already.

If I were you, I will not tell the maid and just fire her immediately. I will never take the chance that she will not do something terrible to your family. You really can't trust her.

Did U helper good ? If good U can terminate her then can give supporting letter ,let her find the new job,if no good ..............then just fire
And if ur finical is ok, keep the helper for household job and let yourself had rest time very important for the family,if u haven't to help u,u can't leave your bb even one mins
