Will you employ a maid with boyfriend and cannot finish contract?

I just fire the maid on 23/12/2005 but she find a job today. Someone call me this few day and I had already tell the potential employer about "she had worked for 18 months. I fire her because 識左個?藉既男人.影裸照,they suspected doing something in my house.
Despite I gave the advice to the new employer but she still got the job. It's so stranger?
Her name is Ma Lenalyn Fuentes Jacinto, ID No. W121072(9)

Never mind u did yr part, maybe the new employer is willing to take the risk to employ yr ex maid. Sometimes people only trust themselves until something happen and suffer from the consequence!

都其實唔使問了...就算話可能係她以前的僱主唔好，又或者她有男友都係正正經經...不過始終個心總有點唔舒服...

話則請個新的都可能仲衰...但呢個已經知道她的情況...都係無o甘好...出面請個新的博下算吧。

係味你俾左封"good reference letter"佢?

佢有尼封letter就唔休搵唔到new employer,好多僱主喜歡請有HK經驗既工人,以為唔洗train佢,
我都曾經係"good reference"既受害人. :cry:
我炒過五六個工人,俾release/reference letter有嚴格要求,曾經有未來僱主因為我個ex-工人無reference letter而call我,我講晒佢d野俾佢聽後,佢多謝我救番佢.
Don't give good reference letter unless you are sure she is good.

The ex. maid just call me. She said she know I mention she had a boy friend. I don't want to discuss with her again but she made so many call to me. The potential employers agreed not to disclose this matter, how can I do?

會唔會係agent扮僱主打俾你, 如果我係新僱主, 都唔會話返俾個工人知我知啲乜.
