I will not do that. if baby's digestion is O.K., I will not change formula for him. May be it is true for the research that palm oil inhibit calcium intake, but if your baby drink a lot, the calcium amount should be enough. Many formula contain palm oil (like S-26, nestle...), but the children still very tall after drinking these. I think the news is a business strategy. Do u know that many milk powder co. will invite doctors to held a seminer talking about some scientific research and let the media to report. Like EyeQ, they said palm oil in formula is bad and then they promote their milk powder in this point compare with other brand. Like previously, news reported that milk powder may cause allergy to baby, but have u notice that the information is come from nestle who promote their H.A. milk powder. The co. just use an indirect way to promote their product, u know,it is far more effective than advertisement.
