Windows XP file " ntoskrnl.exe" 吾見左 .怎麼辦

'm using Eng. Windows XP home edition

When I start windows , message have shown below

" Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
< Windows root> \system32\ntoskrnl.exe.

Please re-install a copy of the above file."

my PC hints here

Pls help
