Weather is cold, around -2 to -8 in Seoul and -10 in Phoenix Park Ski Resort. Snowed at night time but not during the day. However if you have enough clothing, no need to worry too much.
A lot of people in ski resort and shopping area as the Koreans are also having their xmas holidays.
Yes we had a great time. We were lucky as the tour guide said the weather was very cold and there was snow storm before we arrived. Only regret is not enough time to play in Everland Land and the Carribean Bay (indoor hot spring/water game center).
When are you leaving? I hope it's not too cold in Sapporo and wish you a good time too.

We bought for my son Gore-Tex outwear with Thermo lining inside from Aigle (Times Square) at HK$1700. It also has 抓毛褸. Price is quite expensive but it's waterproof and very warm.
My son wore the Goretex jacket throughout our Korean trip Dec 21-25 and he didn't feel cold. Other than the jacket, he wore superwarm underwear, woolen underwear (Chicks or Morley) and 抓毛 or thick T-shirt. All together 4 pieces on top and two pieces below (long cotton underpants and 抓毛 or thick pants).
