ok lah. it is free, you just need to go to Macau Tower. it's at the basement.
they put kitty's cartoon on the famous places of Macau, like Da Sam Bah. quite pretty. if you are a kitty fan, you will surely love it.
there is a "passport" (get at the counter) with some 20 questions that you need to answer and you get a free gift at a station located on the 2nd floor. i think some one says all the answers are 1. but anyway, the person at the gift station did not look at the answers anyway. The gift is a magnet of Hello Kitty Macau, just about the size of a credit card, or smaller.
