Spent the 2005 X'mas in Bangkok and have tried
several restaurants, by referring to thailandfans'
recommendations. Below is my comments:
1. Mango Tree - great expectation as it is so famous,
but turned out quite disappointed
as the enviroment or food were just
average, no surprise at all.
2. Japanese Rest. in Regent - expensive, not worth,
some buffet restaurant in HK is
even better.
3. Buri Tara - the best meal in Bangkok, must try.
Romantic environment, food is good
and reasonably priced, service is good
Much much better in every aspect
than the Mango Tree. We will
definitely come back next time.
