Dear All,

I want to terminate my helper and ask her to go down on 14 July and i want to give her 1 month notice, that is i need to inform her on 14 June or before.

Is there anyone who can share with me the sample of a termination letter or so called release letter, thank you.

咁如果係個工人想提前解約（佢比一個月通知我）工人係咪都係填這form?

份 form 係俾 immigration, inform 佢地工人走咗, 唔係要嚟炒人, 你要俾信炒佢, address 俾佢, 日期好重要, 證明你有俾通知, 置頂僱傭天書有 sample :
