I found the agency always push the buyer or seller to make the decision in a short time. If you believe them, may be get lost from something they said.
My sister just sold a house via Central..., the agency makes a misstatement to my sister, then my sister sign a contract, after a few day, she knew something the agency said is wrong after consult with the solicitor, then she complaints to agency, the agency said she never said that.
My sister is going to complaint the agency to Authority.
If anyone want to buy or sell house, remember don't believe the agency. it will be better to seek other people's advice if any queries. At least, you will not get any lost from believe them, in modern situation, even reply after 1 or two days, I think the transaction still deal (prior to 1997, my friend said the house if you found OK, should buy immediately as the house will be sold out in a short time. Nowsday, this status is not in case)
