My maid is going back home, anything I need to be careful?

I am going to renew my maid contract, suppose the new contract will be start at the 2nd wk of Apr 06. For personal reason, l let her go back to phils on Feb, as she should entitled to have 14 days leave.
Anything I should ask her to sign before she go back? (for protect myself)
Anything important to discuss or let her know before she go back? (I have no experience b 4)
