I may need to hire 1 more maid coz my exp due date for 2nd baby is on July. I plan to hv my existing phil bunbun to take care my 1.5-yr-old girl + nb baby and then the new hire to do housework.
Do u think new hire a phil (same as my existing bunbun) or a indo is better?

BunBun is really good in take care of bb but housework
Indo maid seems work better in housework but not smart enough (according to my fds), I wont choose them to take care of bb but u have already 1 bunbun who can help u to take care yr bb.
My maid who is also a bunbun.... prefer to work with a Indo. ....she said 2 bunbun work together is more easy to have argue as this is the culture of bunbun.. They love to push the responsibility to the others whenever their is a problem (I knew them well as I work with them more than 10Yr+)
thanks for your advice. I am also considering to hire one more helper as I have just changed my old maid (an Indo) to a bun bun. The bun bun doesn't know how to take care of my 1 yr old boy, and she works very slowly. So on her 4th day with us, she has already told me that she can only take care of my boy but not any other housework. Since i can't afford changing maids for my son so frequently, I discussed with my hus and we finally gave up. I thus plan to hire one more helper. After considering your kind advice, I will opt for an Indo, unless there is nobody good from the pool!!
我想你們要想清楚,如果一個bun bun 同一個印印,有時溝通會有問題的,我試過有2個朋友都想請各一個但好彩一個是做緊另一個是找香港做開的印印試工,最終都是2個bun bun,bun bun 唔一定照顧bb是好的,好多印印都好好的,我現在最緊個bun bun來了一個星期,我們已經決定炒她,但另一個印印,她完全無愛心,無耐性,最叻鬧我個囝..........
