help~~想知道法官會點判撫養權架.

我有個bb16個月,我老公話要同我離婚,因大家性格不合
佢仲話一定要同我掙個BB撫養權潻.
我無返工架. 我想問下我係咪一定輸緊呢?

No, yr husband cannot get the baby easily. If the mother has no mental problem, the baby will be most likely given to the mother. Then, the father need to give $$$ (maintenance) every mth.

of course u can..........it depends on "你離婚前的財政安排是怎樣"

if u have a child, most likely (好大大....機會), 個官會判比 mother ，除非 mother 有虐兒或精神病。
