Why......?

The ice milk bag was torn again when I warm the ice milk by the Avent warmer! Why? I don't know what to do to prevent it. In case it torn again, is there any way that I can still use the milk? :-( :-(

which brand of milk bag do you use? did you store too much milk?

I didn't have this problem when I use gerber milk bags 2 years ago.

Once happened in gerber milk bags, twice happened in Lansinoh, which I bought it in 'bumpes to babies' central, is a bit expensive then gerber.
I didn't full up with too much milk, usually 100ml, coz I don't have much milk
