有無人可以拍教下我呀...

我生完小朋友二年喇...由我未生bb時的體重95pounds, 生完至今都係120pounds...好慘呀, 我二年以來都好努力keep fit, 不過我keep來keep去都瘦不到, 有沒有朋友可以教下我點去keep 或者講我知邊到有減肥醫生係安全的呀....謝謝你們呀 :-(

no need to see doctor la.......

I've borned 2 kids and i put on weight about 30 pounds.....and i eat some healthy dishes :

1. Breakfast : Eat ham sandwich every morning with slim milk.

2. Lunch and Dinner : u can eat boiled vegetables without oil and noodles (no oily noodles) ie :udo or rice venecille (wrong spelling ) ONLY. with fish ball (white) or beef ball.

I follow this receipes for one month with exercise doing. Then i lost weight healthly. Now, i'm 160cm and 104 lbs. OK la.....if i can lose 3 more pounds, i will be very happy
