I've borned 2 kids and i put on weight about 30 pounds.....and i eat some healthy dishes :
1. Breakfast : Eat ham sandwich every morning with slim milk.
2. Lunch and Dinner : u can eat boiled vegetables without oil and noodles (no oily noodles) ie :udo or rice venecille (wrong spelling ) ONLY. with fish ball (white) or beef ball.
I follow this receipes for one month with exercise doing. Then i lost weight healthly. Now, i'm 160cm and 104 lbs. OK la.....if i can lose 3 more pounds, i will be very happy
