Talk to her, whatever you do, explain to her in simple sentence and look into her eyes, e.g. "wash hand, wash hand". This gives you time to do the housework, and at the same time, she thinks you are playing with her and talking to her.
Do you have a bouncing chair/strolley at home? You could put the baby in the chair and let her facing you (and be able to look at you), then, you could do the housework and talk to her. In this way, she will not feel like being left alone.
