Oh.. I've got the same problem as you ... I don't think it's due to getting wet 'cos I wear it always with one side facing out. But both sides of the bag now get bubbles. Anyway, I still don't know how to solve the problem. As I bought my bag from Japan, I don't think any local shop here will help me to solve this problem...
I will never buy any more such kind of Burberry bag.
