We havent used any contraceptive methods for 4 months already but still not successful .... what can I do? :-|

Anything that I can do to increase the chance?

In the past, I just estimate the day of ovulation by counting the days of my cycle but it varies every month, from 30 to 35 ....

其實你要check temp 知自己有冇排卵, 你可以係watson's 可以buy探熱針, 有2個位小數點, 大約150到, 如果唔係水銀都可以, m day = day 1, 如果你1個cycle係30-35到, 咁你大約係16 -21 day到會有一日體溫跌左(lee 日係排卵)之後就會升, 一路升over左14日到就好有機會有bb, 但如果一路升升下之後check到有一日跌, 咁m就會嚟, 只要你知邊日係排卵, 果日dodo咁有bb機會就好, 你都可以buy排卵paper check 有bk sister 用daivd, 但香港好少有得buy, 羅湖就有得buy, 希望你早日有bb啦
