I returned to my original weight at 1.5-2 months. Baby is now 3.5 months and I think I am thinner than original.
I did exercies, swimming, yoga & jogging, in my 2nd half of maternity leave. I did not reduce my food intake because of breast feeding. Because I continue to breast feed my baby after returning to work, I continue to reduce the weight as some pants are getting loser than before!
breast feeding and exercising are the most natural and healthy ways to reduce weight even though I continue to drink some "valuable" soup and to eat same amount of food that I take during prenancy.
