I'm taking Manuka (active 5+) honey. Manuka is a flower name. It's planted in New Zealand. It's very cheap in New Zealand at around HK$160 for 1kg. In HK, it's about HK$260.

My family (also the kids) has drunk a cup daily since last year. We still got flu but relatively easy to recover in comparing to the past. I can't tell whether my skin has been improved as it depends on many other factors. However, I haven't experience dried skin this year. In previous years, I got skin peel off in every actumn!
