My maid just finished one year contract and she asked me if I can let her go back to Philippines for summer holidays. I am actually okay about that provided she will only go for 7 days and pay her own air tickets. What do you think? Anything I should be aware of?
I shall let my maid go back to Philippines in July12 for 2 weeks holiday(7 days paid and 7 days no pay) after her 1 year contract with me. Just be aware if she will be pregnant when she comes back to Hong Kong. My maid is being aparted with her husband. So, I am quite comfortable that she will not be pregnant after her 2 weeks holiday.
