乳房有時會"吉吉地"痛---seems good sign after breastfeeding or pumping to produce milk.
有時都會幾痛----You should try to take a hot bath and drink a warm drink, then go to breastfeed or pump milk together with massage your breasts.
In general, no problem raised when you keep on regular direct breastfeeding at home and pumping at work.
