Hi fundfund, I think that I will bring my baby to playgroup until 1.5 yrs old. Sorry, I don't have any suggestion in TKO, but my friend recommend T.S.T. YMCA quite good. Or you could refer to topics about 談幼兒園/談幼稚園 from this website.
