What can I do if my maid always protect my son when I scold him??? My maid come for 1 month and my son always attach to her because she spoiled my son all the time. Last week, when my son had done something wrong, I scolded him and my son come to her and she always protect him, ignoring my presence!!!

tell your maid direct what your son has done is wrong, and she should be on your side anyway and treat your son as per you instruct her. sometimes, i just do what mos2468 suggested -- ask the maid to go back to her room until the incidence is settled, and also tell my daughter "no auntie" (the maid).
