I've been to Hello Kitty Sweets and dun think it's that bad, maybe you can just go there for a piece of cake only :p For the "bu bu" restaurant, it should be named as ".S. Bu Bu", not related to bus but full of mini cooper, it's quite hit a few years ago as 流星花園 has some scenes taken there~
