We booked Renaissance double room for 2 persons (exclude breakfast) and it ended up there's miscommunication on hotel record that it's for 1 person. The hotel intended to charge us for 'the extra'1 person (for the same room and no other service or food provided)
After rounds of explanation and we showed our record, the front desk still insisted to charge us. We then called our HK agent to fix it. Japanese hotels can be very strict.
