yes and no. it depends a lot on how you are going to use the 3rd row. if you seldom use it it means you can always put the 3rd row in the floor and have a big storage. but if you always need it, you may hesitate to store any stuff in the floor cabinet since you will need to remove everything to put the 3rd row back into it.
