Definitely not for the first three months, can't help until I resume back to work, luckily I have mom-in-law and my husband will be at home during the day time. My maid said she has experience but I can see she is not, at least she listens/follows what I teach. Before that when my bb cried at night, she didn't come and see that's makes me so mad but now she will right away come to see bb after I asked for.
