We will be going to Cebu, Philippines in March. The maid will be coming with us to help take care of my baby. May I know what kind of documents/contract/letter do I need to prepare for her to bring with us so that she can return to HK with us with no problem?
Re-entry to HK is no problem but you need to ask Philippine Consulate about the procedure. My maid told me that they need to apply one document called OEC (i forgot the exact name of that document).
