Johson has 2 color, blue and pink, 子峰mama, I think $16 is for blue, right? since blue is for hand and face cleaning, the price is lower, and pink is for pet pet cleaning which has lotion, since pink one contains alcohol, if pink use on face (I tried it myself), the skin would hot and uncomfortable, (but I used it on by bb's face and mouth b4, poor....)
