perhaps they cannot earn much in Tuen Mum district ONLY and invest in other district instead. I like shop at Nice Claup but everytime I cannot buy enough amount to get the VIP card. The reason is that if all of your clothes are bought from one shop and when season changes, you will most probably wear the same brand and shop at the same shop again...quite embarrass.
