Does anyone know how to obtain such repair kit as referred to in the notice of voluntary recall?
In fact, I have already observed such risk of falling out of the baby seat when my baby used it earlier. So I have to stay with him everytime he used it.
I emailed to email address on the above website. The reply email refer me to send email to [email protected] but no one ever reply or call me for details since mid Aug. How about others who took action to get the repair kit?
Yesterday I received their email asking me to provide contact & delivery address again as they claimed their website got technical problem. They said they will receive the kits this week and will forward to us once they got it.
