It useless. I have same experience before. My friend's maid is very good and was a nurse in Philipine. She introduces her sister to me, but when I talk to her on the phone and she know nothing about housework. She can't cook, can't take care of the baby and she hasn't been a maid before. You can image if I hire her, she just sit there and watch me to do all the chores and take care of my baby. Then she just watch and get money.
I think you better to check all the details and see if she is suitable for you before you hiring her.

我果時就係甘high左野

我個fd的bun bun好好, 做野掂之餘, 對個仔又好, cooking又好, 甘叫佢介紹d fd比我, 諗住佢好, d fd都吾太差啦應該

黠知..........cook吾掂, 湊女吾掂, 溝通吾掂, 家務吾掂, 總之一句, 未請過d甘c蠢無用的工人, 還要係正價的bun bun.................

You have to remember:

Mother is good; daughter might not.

Elder/Younger sister is good, the other sister might not.

That's my experience!!!

我都請左個bun係neighbour個maid的friend, 我同佢前employer傾過亦同bun姐傾過而neighbour個maid highly recommended佢係好好的 d.h. 而同佢previous employer傾時佢都話佢手腳好,揍小朋友/bb ok,只係cooking vegetable 差d!!

希望佢4月到來時係正版唔係a貨,因我都有previous employer reference in hk, 甘都high左就無野講!!
