i just change to opti-free from renu, anyone use opti-free's protein remover, i drop it to case while lens is soaking, i suspect can the protein remover remove the protein throughly coz it does not drop to the lens surface.
(Touchwood!) Never have any problem about cleaning because I didn't follow its instruction.
I do RUB my lens daily with the cleanser!
An optical doctor told me that we should use the cleanser to clean the lens daily, few drops would be fine. Then rub the lens gently for a few seconds, rinse with the solution for over 4 hours ,and use the saline to rinse them again before wearing it.
Therefore, in my point of view, its problem is caused by its way of cleaning "Do Not Rub", but not the solution itself.
