I have tried that before and I found it easy to cook. Only need to soak the ingredients in 4 bowl of water for 15 mins then cook for 3 to 4 hours until it concentrated into 1 bowl. For the last 15 packs, you may need to add in some chicken or pork and ginger. If you have cold or flu, don't put meat. I think the soup packs are good for me to recover fast and no need to buy different ingredients everyday. There is english manual on the back of the soup pack, so the maid can manage that too. :mrgreen:
