If I were you, I will choose Indo maid. If she did somthing wrong you can fried her right away. But what if the 操湖北口音嘅香港人, if you want to fried her in the future. I think is hard for you to tell her and to face your relative,.-That only my own opinion.
Second, I think50/60 years old is too old to taking care a kids, especially your kid was so small. TO take care a kids really need a lot of enagine.
