My agent told me that there is a new policy in Indonesia about the passport. Before, the Indo. citizens can use their maiden names in the passport; Now, the maiden names cannot be used and therefore they are required to renew the passort without the names! The problem is that the Indo. Govt. has dismissed the whole Immigration Department because of the corruption; however, the new members haven't taken up all the jobs. The result is that my new maid has to wait for her passort ready for at least 2 weeks! Now, it's no hope that she can be available during the Easter Holidays! :-( :-( . Why does the Indo.
