Seems 2 b caused by spyware / adware.
See if u have anti-virus installed, if +ve, perform a full scan and see if problem could be fixed. Or u could go to control panel and see if suspicious s/w installed. Again, if +ve, remove them.
If problem still persist, download SmitFraudFix from here. Installation and removal steps can find in here.
If all goes haywire, backup ur data, format ur hard drive and then reinstall everything.
