I saw this promotion too. It is very attractive. Almost half price. You can also check with HK Student Association, i think their price is the cheapest.
The problem for this promotion is you have to issue the tickets before 15 Mar. If you can committ now, it is a good deal.
I called this morning, if direct flight to toronto, the price is $7263+1400tax, total is $8663, kids no dicount; if you go during summer then ok price, if not, not really so cheap.
If you want to buy these promotion tickets, you have to be hurry up because there are only a few seats available. Once the dates are fully booked, you can't enjoy such wonderful price. I know there was a promotion costed (HKD 3800 + TAX). However, the cut off date was END OF FEB.
