有無平啲嘅高速煲呀？？我見到高速煲都可以整好多野咁…又可以煲湯咁…好想買一個呀…但係又怕好貴呀…

娥姐㷛只係勝在唔駛睇火, 全自動 .

娥姐㷛的壓力唔算得好高 ,
因此在速度方面唔夠德國名牌的傳統壓力煲咁快 .

根據消委會的電壓力煲測試結果 :
real kPa spec kPa
Panasonic 114 90
Philips 85 78.5
Primada 78 70
German Pool 76 70
Larette 70 80
Golden Well 70 70

另外在傳統壓力煲方面 , 消委會的報告 :
spec kPa
Fissler 90~110 at high pressure
WMF 95
Tefal 80
Thermos 60~80
Lagostina 55

因此 , 最夠力(速度最快)嘅壓力煲應該係 :
Fissler 90~110
WMF 95
Panasonic (電壓力煲) 90

德國名牌嘅 Fissler 和 WMF 最有料到 !
不過 , 價錢亦貴得多 !!

Pan 記也很給力 (真正測試時 , 更達到 114kPa !!!) , 可惜用咗 non-stick 塗層 , 餚製骨湯時會很易刮花 .

Lagostin~ 和 Thermo~ 本身的設計落後 , 傾倒後會流口水 , 而壓力亦只是一般 , 冇得調較 .
Lagostin~ 嘅價錢唔算便宜 , 竟然仲有爆煲新聞 ! 可以一併 black list 了 ~

另外 , 娥姐煲也曾見報 , 所以我亦唔會再考慮佢.

Tefal 算 ok , 好耐之前我都買咗一個 , 不過用咗好幾年之後膠邊漏氣 .....
由於我呢個 Tefal 太殘舊了 , 曾經撞跌過 (有 d 變形) , 所以我都唔打算更換條膠邊了 .
我準備換個新的 , 現在等緊 Fissler 減價 .

Lagostin~ 或 Thermo~ 等同一類型的壓力煲設計 , 在安全功能方面 , 唔及得另一代嘅壓力煲在安全設計方面做得咁周到 ....

在最後的危急關頭時 , 它們 (Lagostin~ 或 Thermos 等同一款式設計嘅壓力煲 ) 是缺乏了最後一重 "迫出膠邊" 的終極安全功能 !

如果畀工人用或年紀大一點的長輩使用 , 咁就最好換過另一款安全 d 好 ~

舉個例子 , WMF 的 Perfect 系列。

如果壓力太大 :

1/ 壓力會先逼開個鎖，壓力經正常無鎖時的途徑排出。

2/ 此時會發出很響亮的聲音。如果唔理佢繼續加熱，咁到一定壓力時，粒保險珠就會被壓出，就等同個蓋穿左個大窿。

3/ 如果個火大到連個大窿都排唔切，或係個窿被甚麼硬物卡死，咁壓力就會逼開煲蓋條膠邊。煲蓋條邊被逼開的話，就等同無用膠邊上蓋，無壓力可以形成。

測試結果的報表內 , 註 [3] f 項 :

安全墊圈 : 在壓力無法透過其它裝置釋放時，墊圈會被擠壓變形，在煲蓋和煲身之間產生空隙、釋放壓力。

請留意 :
在該測試報告內, 除了 Lago~ 和 Thermo~ 之外 , 其它所有被測試的壓力煲皆有 f 項於聲稱安全裝置[3] 之中 .

所以 , 我認為 Lago~(或 Thermo~) 的類似設計 (沒有 "迫出膠邊"的安全墊圈功能 ) , 已經係落伍了 !

消委會在另一次(2011年)的壓力煲測試報告內 , 給予 Lago~ 的評分較差 .
其中的一個原因係 :

壓力煲的金屬手柄溫度亦稍高於標準要求上限，故較危險。

我在網上查找一吓 Lago~ 的有關問題 , 原來仲有更加嚴重嘅問題㖭 :

雖然個手柄好似阻少少位，但比起菲姐呢隻，起碼開蓋時唔會比蒸氣辣親隻手，我以前日日都睇有綠菲姐示範呢個煲架，佢次次開蓋都比ｄ蒸氣辣到隻手紅晒，仲笑住話無事，無事就唔駛好似跳舞咁拎開隻手啦

以下呢單仲大鑊 , 燙傷程度須要入醫院㖭 :

My Lagostina Brava Plus cooker "exploded" this past weekend while cooling down from use. Burned my hand quite badly. Reuqired emergency treatment at hospital.

Now we're wondering what went wrong and if it's safe to continue to use it.

The cooker appeared to be pressured down, with no more air coming from the open steam valve. When the handle was released, an explosion of hot water burst out from the lid which released immediately upon releasing the handle.
I thought the design was supposed to prevent this, keeping the flexible lid closed until pressure inside neutralized.

Lago~ 呢類傳統舊式壓力煲嘅設計 , 明顯存在著或多、或少嘅安全問題 !!
在使用上, 也有 "流口水" 嘅弊端 .

但全靠佢個 marketing 懂得用 "菲姐" 來捧到佢好似真係有料到 .....

多得現今嘅資訊發達 ......
我諗 ..... 現在應該係時候去還佢原來面目了 .
