Ingredients:
Vegetables:
Lettuce and cucumber (as much as you like)
3 Cherry tomatoes
Protein: (3兩)
1 egg
2 slices of Sara Lee Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
Carbohydrates: (20醣質)
2 spoonfuls of corn
1 New Potato (egg size)
(冇50克醣質但是都食到好飽)
Dressing: (脂肪質5)
2 teaspoons of Kraft LIGHT Mayo
Others:
Crab Roe
Salt, Black Pepper and Mixed Herbs
Steps:
1: prepare vegetables in a large salad bowl
2: boil egg (12-15mins), let it cool in water, then remove egg shell, cut into small pieces and place in a medium size bowl
3: chop potato into desire size and boil for 10-15mins then run it under cooked cool water to cool down the potato and place inside the medium bowl with the egg
4: mix egg and potato together with mayo, then season with a little mixed herbs, salt and black pepper to taste.
5: scoop mixture into the large salad bowl on top of the Vegetables.
6: add Crab Roe
7: Grab a FORK and ENJOY!
